When I YOGESH KUMAR SAXENA Advocate Allahabad High Court & Supreme Court General Secretary ALL INDIA BAR ASSOCIATION went abroad to attend WORLD PARLIAMENT EXPERIMENT at Bonn Germany and visited Munich , Kankan, Dusseldorf, Hamburg in Germany for 15 good days , it was with a clear understanding that, once I finish my tour, I would return to India. Hindu unity is world unity and world peace and prosperity.  Hindu Unity also aims at projecting Hindu Dharma which believes in the adage of “Sarve Bhavantu Sukhi Nah”, let everybody be happy. I took a decision when My tour ended; that it made sense for me to stay in the Germany for a few years more, enjoy my remaining  youth, hard money earning habit  and then return and stand for elections as Member of Parliament from the constituency my Village, which  has represented for my vitality for  so many decades with people. I remember to have repeated from my earliest childhood, which is every day repeated by millions of human beings: 'As the different streams having their sources in different places all mingle their water in the sea, so, O Lord, the different paths which men take through different tendencies, various though they appear, crooked or straight, all lead to Thee.' Currently there appears to be a lot of discussion and arguments regarding the Greatness of Ancient Bhaarat in most of the fields like, Science, Mathematics, Metallurgy, Astronomy etc. People do ask questions that if that were the case, why the situation has currently seen so deteriorated? They appear to be praising the British Rule and excuse all their criminal acts.

WE NEED MORE JUSTICE. When it fails, it should be fixed and ignored until it is fixed. For more harm can come from a bad system that fails everyone again and again than from random individual acts outside a system. Criminal law was set up to institutionalize revenge. The idea is to replace the revenge of the victim and his family with the revenge of the state. There are several good reasons for doing that: to make proper factual determinations of who is responsible and the appropriate penalty, to end the cylce of revenge which could otherwise extend through time, and to protect the weak who may not have the means of revenge. However, the American justice system fails on all counts and seems not to even understand its purpose. It has been subverted by lawyers who care only about themselves and their profession. What is a judiciary without justice? What is a legal system without truth? If you are wronged in court, you must become an angel of justice...

"I believe that the Muslim community living in India, should themselves remove all those mosques that have been made in place of our temples. There should not be any objections in removing a mosque from one place and constructing it elsewhere," he added.

Distortion of Correct History, Destrucion of all small scale industries, Dharma well being of all Bhaarateey people, even looting the Wealth (including manuscripts) of Bhaarat etc) that were committed during the period. It really created a set back to Bhaarateey thought process functioning since ancient times. Of course functioning, of our own Government since 1947, has not rectified any of these activities of British in any way.

       To continue our efforts, further from the task left since long back, needs us to go back to that period and the knowledge that we had then, isn't it?

Right then, her mom had got up from her desk at the State tourism department office for lunch break. She had cooked batt, nadir-daal and dum-aaloo. That’s how her husband liked it for lunch. But then, just when she was about to eat the first morsel, she bumped into this colleague of hers, a 30-something lady. She whispers something into her ear and they exchange terrified looks.

Looks like she will break down any moment. But she struggles hard, maintains her composure and swears under her breath. She has no time to ponder over the entire calamity that has struck; she has no time to wonder how it all happened. All she can think of is her husband’s safety, his well-being. After all, the lady just told her that his name was on the hit list! And, of course, she spares a thought for her daughter, playing in the crèche, oblivious to the impending dangers outside.

Her head heavy with turbulent thoughts, she keeps back the food in the box and starts wrapping up quickly. The thought of her little daughter scares her even more. She hurries with the packing and leaves. Her steps are quick but her thoughts slow; trying to gather all that has happened in the past few weeks. She finally gets herself out of the office and starts pacing towards her daughter.

She wants to call her husband meanwhile but alas! That wasn’t the year of cellphones. She will have to wait for another hour before she reaches his office. Thinking so, she quickens her pace when suddenly she sees that temple. She had been going there right since her childhood. That place had been special to her but today she doesn’t stop to seek blessings, well there is no temple there now. It had been razed a few days ago, just a few remains are left now. She curses under her breath at one moment and the very next moment, her eyes are filled with tears.

The world of the wonderful doctrine preached in the Gita: 'Whosoever comes to me, though whatsoever form, I reach him; all men are struggling through paths which in the end lead to me.' Sectarianism, bigotry, and it's horrible descendant, fanaticism, have long possessed this beautiful Earth. They have filled the earth with violence, drenched it often and often with human blood, destroyed civilization, and sent whole nations to despair. Had it not been for these horrible demons, human society would be far more advanced than it is now.  But their time is come; and I fervently hope that the bell that tolled this morning in honor of this convention may be the death-knell of all fanaticism, of all persecutions with the sword or with the pen, and of all uncharitable feelings between persons wending their way to the same goal.  Further commenting on the 19th anniversary of the demolition of Babri mosque in Ayodhya, Yogesh Saxena vehemently said there was no reason to label the anniversary as 'black day'.
It is a well known historical fact that the Muslim invaders exercised every atrocity on the native Hindus. They attacked us. They looted wealth, slaughtered innocent people, converted Hindus to Islam at the point of sword. They kidnapped our women and raped them with pride. They broke temples and erected mosques over them. They even decked idols of those temples in the stairs to humiliate Hindus. Famous historian P.N. Oak claims that the so called Muslim monuments in India were originally the Hindu buildings. The Muslim invaders plundered them, captured them, broke them, sacrileged them and converted them into Muslim monuments. The Hindus, instead of considering them a stigma on the national honour take pride in calling them national monuments. Millions of rupees are spent on their maintenance. Some have been given the status of heritage buildings. A community of self honour would never accept such humiliation like this. Similarly it has to be held that if it is not necessary or essential to permit slaughter of any  cow progeny for any religious purpose it would be equally not open to the State to invoke its exemption power under Section 12 for such a religious purpose. We, therefore, entirely concur with the view of the High Court that slaughtering of cows progeny on BakrI'd is not essential or required for religious purpose of Muslims or in other words it is not a part of religious requirement for a Muslim that a cow must be necessarily sacrificed for earning religious merit on BakrI'd. sacrifice of a cow on Bakr id Day 3
is not an obligatory overt act for a Musalman to exhibit his religious belief and ideas. The very contention in this regard which has been put forward before us by the learned Advocate General, namely, that a substantial part of the Muslim community does take to cow slaughter on such an occasion was also advanced before the Supreme Court on that occasion but the Supreme Court rejected the said contention in holding that notwithstanding such sacrifice by a number of Musalmans, such slaughter cannot be considered to be a part of religious requirement. In the present case, we find that when respondent nos. 2 to 16 granting exemptions under S.12 and permitting cow slaughter on the Bakr id Day, they are doing so for no purpose other than religious purpose. But there, the said respondents are totally over looking that such slaughter cannot be a religious purpose because it is not a part of the religious requirement for the Musalman that a cow or that any of the scheduled animals required to be sacrificed in observing Bakar id. A sacrifice which is not a part of the religious requirement cannot, in our view, be sanctioned on the ground of religious purpose within the meaning of S. 12 of the said Act. In that view, we cannot but except the contention of Mr. Chakravarti that exemptions under S. 12 of the said Act which are being granted for slaughter of cows on the Bakar id Day are really de hors the statute not being within the sanction of the said provision." 
It has been three years since I left, and, last week, when I spoke on Skype to my maternal uncle Sri Ram Mohan Saxena and his daughter  Km. Shandhya Saxena living in Germany from last 55 years and 40 years respectively , They  told me that I believed that it was time of their return. At first, I was delighted. Then, after the call was over, the import of what I planned to do sank in. My impulse was to call them  back immediately, but I thought I’d put my thoughts down in an email so that They have a better understanding of what I want to say and why I say it.
